Add on E-Invoice and Consolidate E-Invoice function on Invoice Form.

Solving Form cannot be edit after the from be transfered.

Remove Print buttton
Load Template button when loading is disable
Synchronize the changes made previously to the Invoice Form, Delivery Order Form and Quotation Form.

User can key in Docno or left it empty to submit
Load template udf will overwrite the old udf
